Each column reports adjusted odds ratios [95% confidence intervals] of a logistic regression of each stage of implementation (column header) on a set of explanatory variables (rows). “Engaged” refers to completion of the intervention counseling call; Columns 3 and 4 each comprise all participants who completed the intervention call, whereas Columns 5 and 6 each comprise all participants who both completed the intervention call and reported receiving their chosen smoking cessation medication during the study. “Retained” refers to completion of the 6-month follow-up survey
